Online Therapeutic art-Making
BuildaBridge's free public programming returns in late January. The rampant effects of COVID, isolation and absence of face to face programming, created a great urgency to reach more people. Having free programming provides more people the benefit of accessing BuildaBridge's therapeutic art-making. Creativity is the opposite of hopelessness. Read on and find out what programming will be available to you.
Starting on January 26, two of BuildaBridge's newest teaching artists will provide thought-provoking and imaginative programming to engage your imagination and creativity. Creating is one the most important acts that one can do to strengthen mental health and the resilience needed to face this era's trials and tribulations. All programming is FREE. No one will be turned away. Should you feel an urgency to pay your experience forward, the recommended donation is $15/class or $100 for the whole series. You can make your gift here. All donations count as charitable deductions and help BuildaBridge provide more free services to youth and communities.
